Kruger Care Foundation

	As we launch this foundation, I want to take this opportunity to speak to you from the heart about some things that have shaped my life and my approach to giving. I hope they will resonate with your own experiences and hopes, and that together we can make a difference for those who often have so little to hope for. The "we" in launching the foundation includes my family who has had a profound impact on my life and what I have accomplished to this point. My experiences with them have helped me recognize the need for a broader view of giving that focuses not only on the one in immediate need, but includes families and other support groups who play such a vital role in recovery and rehabilitation. Through the site I will share my vision of giving to kids and their families whose circumstances in life have left them without means, but whose courage, hopes and dreams deserve a chance to thrive. Interspersed in this vision are short vignettes of experiences that have shaped my life and answer the "why" in our foundation's approach to giving. I invite you to join us in providing the opportunity for these kids and their families to face and overcome the adversity in their lives. It's why we give.
